FAQ
Short answers to the questions we get most.
How long does review take?
Reviews are done by a person, not a queue-clearing script, so it depends on volume. You get an email the moment there's a verdict, and the status is always visible in your studio dashboard.
What does review actually check?
That you own the artwork, that your identity checks out (verified email plus connected X), and that the configuration is coherent: supply, phases, pricing and metadata that resolve to what you say they are.
Does DengPad hold my funds or keys?
Never your keys. You deploy the contract from your own wallet. Mint proceeds sit in an on-chain escrow with a 72-hour lockup after close, then you withdraw to your treasury.
Can I change my collection after submitting?
Not while it's in review — submitting locks the configuration so what gets approved is what launches. If the review team requests changes, everything reopens for editing.
Can I add editions after launch?
Yes, for open editions (ERC-1155). New editions go through their own review, then you activate them on-chain from your dashboard.
What happens if a mint gets clawed back?
If the platform intervenes during the lockup, collectors claim refunds from an on-chain vault via the refunds page. That's the escrow doing its job.
What does minting cost collectors?
The phase price you set plus network gas. The platform fee comes out of creator proceeds and is disclosed at deploy time, never added on top of the collector's price.
Which wallets work?
Anything RainbowKit supports: MetaMask, WalletConnect wallets, Coinbase Wallet and friends, plus Glyph. Signing in is a free signature, not a transaction.
