Terms of service
1. What DengPad is
DengPad is a software platform that helps creators configure and launch NFT collections on ApeChain and helps collectors mint them. DengPad reviews launch configurations before they can deploy, and mint proceeds are held in on-chain escrow subject to a lockup period. DengPad is not a marketplace, exchange, broker, investment adviser, or custodian of your funds.
2. No investment advice, no guarantees of value
NFTs are digital collectibles. Nothing on DengPad is investment advice, and nothing here promises any NFT will have or retain value. Review does not mean endorsement; escrow and lockups reduce risk but do not eliminate it.
3. Wallets and transactions
You interact with the blockchain from your own wallet and are solely responsible for its security. Blockchain transactions are irreversible; gas fees are paid by you and are not refundable by DengPad. The platform may pause minting or freeze and claw back escrowed proceeds to the refund vault where it reasonably suspects fraud or a failed launch.
4. Creator obligations
Creators represent that they own or license the artwork they upload, that their metadata is accurate, and that they will complete launches in good faith (including triggering delayed reveals). Creators must link an X account and verify an email address before submitting. DengPad may reject, delist, pause, or claw back a launch at its discretion.
5. Fees
DengPad may take a platform fee as a percentage of mint proceeds, fixed per-collection at deploy time and visible before you mint or launch. Secondary royalties are set by creators and enforced via on-chain standards where marketplaces support them.
6. Prohibited use
No infringing, unlawful, or deceptive content; no market manipulation; no attempts to circumvent allowlists, rate limits, review, or escrow protections; no use from jurisdictions where use would be unlawful.
7. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. Smart contracts carry inherent risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DengPad's aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid DengPad in the twelve months preceding a claim.
8. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on the site. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
